Stage 1
Discover
What happens
After your enquiry, we talk by email or video call about your business, customers, goals and what is already working. If you have websites you like or competitors to discuss, we can look at those too.
What I need from you
Tell me about your business and what you would like to improve. You do not need to have all the answers yet.
What you receive
A shared understanding of your goals and a clear next step for the project.
In your client portal
Your project details and the agreed next step are kept together in your private project space.
Stage 2
Plan
What happens
Before anything is built, I organise the pages, page structure, content needs and visual direction. This is where we make the important decisions while they are still easy to change.
What I need from you
Share the information, images and preferences that will help shape the site. I will help you work out what is needed.
What you receive
A site map, page structure, content plan and mood board suited to the agreed project.
In your client portal
You can review the plan and find project notes and files in one private place.
Stage 3
Design
What happens
I turn the agreed plan into high-fidelity mockups. You can see how the key pages will look on desktop and mobile before development begins.
What I need from you
Review the mockups and share clear feedback. You can ask questions or request changes within the agreed scope.
What you receive
A reviewed visual design that is ready to guide the build or be handed to another developer if your project is design-only.
In your client portal
Mockups are shared in your portal, where you can comment on the design and approve it when you are ready.
Stage 4
Build
What happens
For website projects, I build the approved design and check how it works on phones, tablets and desktop screens. Design-only projects move to handover instead.
What I need from you
Provide any remaining agreed content and check the working site as it takes shape.
What you receive
A working website built to the agreed scope, ready for final checks before launch.
In your client portal
The portal keeps project updates, files and any questions together as the build progresses.
Stage 5
Launch
What happens
We complete the agreed checks, prepare the site to go live and make sure you know how to manage the next steps.
What I need from you
Give final approval and make sure any domain or third-party accounts are ready where needed.
What you receive
Launch support, a handover and a short guide to the parts of the site you can edit.

Your project files and final handover information remain available in your private client space.
